Q.How long will it take to receive my order?

A. We aim to process orders within 1- 2 business days and orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will ship Monday.

  1. Standard Shipping with DHL: delivery within 3 business days
  2. FedEx Overnight $40.00: delivery by 3pm next day. 

All International Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and take 2 - 5 business days.

Q.Do you ship Internationally?

A. Yes! We ship to most international locations. Simply select your country in the country dropdown in the cart page. Kindly note that customs and duties vary by country and are responsibility of the customer. Customs and duties are not refundable.

Q. Where is my order?

Note that orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed Monday - Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after 12pm Friday, will ship on the following Monday morning.

After your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active.

Q. My tracking number is not showing anything?

A. Don't worry! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.

If it has been more than 3 business days and there is still no update, just send us an email and we will make sure your package reaches you.

Q. My tracking # says the package was delivered, but I can’t find it anywhere. What should I do?

A. Try the following:

  • Check your mailbox, it’s usually there.
  • If the package isn't in your mailbox, check with a friendly neighbour / doorman, or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have received the package on your behalf without letting you know.
  • Call your local post office. Sometimes if you are not home, this is where it ends up 99% of the time!
  • While we can't take responsibility for shipments that have arrived but are misplaced, we do find that they materialize quite quickly! Email us at hello@nudwear.com with any questions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are happy and we gladly offer exchanges and returns on most products. All full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange and must be requested within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging in the same condition you received them. A quick try-on is fine, of course - but we can't responsibly accept returns if the items have been worn, damaged, have stains or been washed. We want to make sure that any items put back to stock are in perfect condition for the next customer.  If you received an item that is damaged please notify us immediately. Items returned that are damaged, stained, worn, washed or without tags will not be refunded. Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.

Bundles & Special Offers - If you are returning an item that is part of a special offer for bundled items, you will be refunded the difference between the total amount paid minus the full priced item since the special offer will no longer qualify.

Silk Collection - Silk is a beautiful fabric but it is also delicate and must be handled with care. Please be especially mindful when trying on Silk products, returns received with pulled fabric, stains or damage will not be eligible for a refund and returned to the customer. 

Adhesive Products - Because of the nature of the product, if the adhesive seal has been broken or made contact with the skin, the product cannot be returned to stock and resold. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will still happily process your return or exchange free of charge, we just ask that you let us know whether it has been tried on our not. We rely on your honestly to let us know, it does not affect your refund, but helps us make sure worn stock is not sold to a new customer (because that would not be nice!).

Underwear - Underwear bottoms must be unworn, with tags attached, to be eligible for merchandise credit. While we can’t offer refunds for underwear bottoms (NY State Law prohibits it for hygienic reasons), we’re confident you’ll put your merchandise credit to good use! They never expire, and can be used for anything on our site.

Q. Can I return an internationally shipped order?

A. Yes, however, we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping labels for international returns, and therefore international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a service with tracking so we can have eyes on where your returns are. Please make note on the Commercial Invoice that these items are a Return, and use each item’s listed price as its value.

Q. How Do I Apply My Backless Adhesive Bra?

How many times can I wear the Nudwear Backless Adhesive Bra or Daisies Nipple Covers?

We use the highest quality medical grade silicone adhesive from Germany on all of our adhesive products. With proper care, our backless adhesive bras and Daisies nipple covers can be used over 40 times and even up to 100 times.

The actual number of wears will vary from person to person based on skin type, exfoliation and oil content, however we use the best in the market and if for any reason it does not live up to your expectations we will send you a replacement on us! 

Q. How many times can I use your Premium Breast Lift Tape?

A. Our premium breast lift tape is reusable up to 5 times. Each pack contains 3 pairs, for up to 5 individual wears each.

Q. How do I take care of my Nudwear Backless Adhesive Bra & Daisies Nipple Covers?

A. Taking good care of your adhesive products will ensure that they last. After every use, we recommend rinsing with warm water and then allowing to air dry. Once your product is dry, re-apply the protective plastic film that it came with and store in its protective travel case.

Q. How do I know my size in the Nudwear Backless Adhesive Bra?

A. Our adhesive backless bras have no bands or straps which makes it easy to choose your size! Since there is no band size, simply drop off the number in your normal band size and go with your cup size.

For example, if you wear a 32B or 34D, you would simply choose a size B or size D.

Our customers also recommend ordering a size up if you prefer fuller support!

Q. Do your Backless Adhesive bras provide any lift or support?

A. Yes! It is possible to get light lift and amazing shaping with our backless adhesive bras and if you need a lot of lift, you can achieve this by wearing our Instant Boob Job Premium Breast Lift tape together with our backless bras for dramatic lift.

(1) How to achieve support with the bra on its own:

  •  Make sure to apply the bra cup with the front clasp facing down at least a 45-degree angle. When you clip the 2 sides together this will naturally lift and shape your breasts.

(2) How to achieve EXTRA support with our Backless Adhesive Bras + Instant Boob Job Breast Lift Tape together:

If you normally wear your bra straps tight, we recommend this option.

  • Follow the instructions for our Premium Breast Lift and apply this first to achieve your desired breast height
  • Apply the Nudwear Backless Push Up Bra as per its normal instructions over the breast lift tape.

Q. Do Nudwear Backless Bras work for bigger breasts?

A. Yes! We go up to a size D which can be worn by up to a size DD. If you need "LIFT" we recommend wearing together with our Premium Breast Lift Tape.

Also make sure to follow instructions carefully, most of the lift and shaping comes from the way position the cups. ALWAYS position the cups with the clip facing down at least a 45-degree angle so that when you clip the two sides together it lifts and shapes your girls. 

Q. Will your stick-on bras work if I sweat?

A. Yes. We know because we have tested the product in different scenarios. Whether it’s dancing, walking down the aisle or globetrotting to exotic places. Nudwear stays on until taken off.

The only caveat is that you must apply the cups to a clean dry chest. No creams, lotions, oils, self-tanners, after-sun etc. All of these are adhesive and stick on killers. Your bra will slip and slide if you don’t apply it to a clean dry chest. But if instructions are followed properly, you will be very happy!

Q. How many hours can I wear your adhesive stick on products?

A. Our tests and surveys from customers show that Nudwear products stay on till taken off. There is no limit to the hours you can wear it. You can wear it all day and night, with no worry that it will let you down.

Q. I am a DD/DDD, can I use your Backless Adhesive Bras?

A. We do have many customers in the D+ range, and it can work for DDD, however the cup will not cover your entire breast. It may feel a bit small, but it can still give you light support and shaping. 

(1) Our Ava, Emma and Olivia style backless bras are slightly larger than the others as it’s a new style and we increased the sizing. So, I would definitely recommend one of these colours

(2) Positioning is extremely important with the cups clasping clip facing down at a 45-degree angle so that you get lift and shaping when you clasp them together. We have a video and detailed instructions here:  https://www.nudwear.com/pages/instructions

(3) If you need more support or lift, we recommend wearing together with our Breast Lift Tape. You can also combine our breast lift tape with our Daisies Nipple covers to get coverage plus lift if the bra is not a good match. Only caveat is that the Breast Lift Tape uses a different adhesive from our bras and nipple covers and it is not recommended for sensitive skin or wearing over 6 hours at a time.
